You can login to partner portal with your registered email from the link provider in footer of this site. 

if you do not have password or forget the password, please use forget password option.  Please do not forget to change the password  on the right corner under profile.

Please create case and save. Once saved the case upload all required documents with that case under the tab documents. this will documents will be associated with your this case and you can download in teh future if required. always upload documenst with case and do not upload from front end tab of documents.  save case , then upload documents with that case.
